Astryven's long-term research

Project RS

Our own AI model, robots you can talk to, homes that answer your voice, our own data centers, and AI for space and cyber security.

Project RS is research. None of it is a product yet and there are no dates. We fund it from the software we sell today and share progress on the News page.

Six areas of research.

Each one shows where it stands today. We will move them forward one at a time, starting with what helps the products you can already use.

In progress

RSAI, our own model

RSAI 1.0 is Astryven's AI, live today in AI Studio and Sheet Studio. We keep making it smarter, faster and better at data work, step by step.

Concept

A.N.E.S.H.A and C.O.D.E in the room

Companions you can talk to, with a holographic face, that see and listen around you and help with everyday tasks, like the assistants in films.

Concept

Homes that answer your voice

RSAI controlling lights, doors, appliances and energy use at home, through open smart-home standards rather than closed hubs.

Long term

Astryven data centers

Our own computing for training and running our AI, planned around clean power and efficient cooling.

Long term

Space technology

AI that reads satellite images and data, for farms, cities, weather and disaster response.

Exploring

Cyber security

Testing and defending AI systems and the people who use them, starting with ethical hacking of our own products.

The first step is live: the RSAI Agent (beta), where A.N.E.S.H.A and C.O.D.E open Astryven apps, ask RSAI, write emails for you to send and open websites, with your permission. RSAI Live (beta) is open too: business, health, fitness and market data as it arrives, what is unusual flagged at once, and RSAI explaining what it means (free for 3 days, then $28 a month). RSAI Desktop comes next.

Smaller software ideas are part of Project RS too, such as a knowledge network for developers with answers confirmed by the people who used them (once called the Astryven App).

How it moves forward.

In order, each step paying for and teaching us what the next one needs.

  1. Now

Software that pays for the research

Sheet Studio, RSAI 1.0, RSAI Code and the SAP documents.

  2. Next

    RSAI grows

Astryven's own trained model, a better voice and a Lens that understands more of what it sees.

  3. Then

From the screen into the room

A first A.N.E.S.H.A and C.O.D.E device: a speaker with a hologram-style display that runs RSAI and can run a home.

  4. Later

    Infrastructure

Our own data centers, and AI for space and security, with partners.

How we will do it.

  • Useful at every step

Each stage should give people something they can use, not only a promise.

  • Safe before it enters a home

Privacy and security are reviewed before any device can see, hear or switch anything in your home.

  • Honest updates

Status on this page and the roadmap, progress on the News page, and no dates we cannot keep.
