Terms of Service
The agreement between you and Astryven, Inc. when you use our website and products.
1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of astryven.tech, Sheet Studio and related services (the "Services") provided by Astryven, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Astryven", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you use the Services for an organisation, you agree on its behalf.
2. Your account
Give accurate information, keep your password and recovery code private, and tell us if you think your account has been misused. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract where you live.
3. Credits, plans and payments
- Free credits: new accounts receive 4 free credits. Free credits have no cash value.
- Credit packs: one-time purchases (20 credits for $4.99, 60 for $9.99, 200 for $24.99). One credit is used for each report or data file you export. Credits do not expire while your account is open.
- Pro: $9.99 per month or $79 per year for unlimited exports. Pro renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in your account; Pro then stays active until the end of the period already paid for.
- Donations: optional one-time payments of $3, $5, $10 or $25 to support Astryven. Each donation includes a coupon worth 5 credits. Donations are not tax-deductible.
- Coupons: coupon codes add credits to the account that redeems them. Each coupon has a set number of uses, can be used once per account, has no cash value and cannot be resold.
- Prices are in US dollars and exclude taxes unless stated. Payments are processed by Stripe, whose terms also apply.
- We may change prices in the future. Changes will not affect a period you have already paid for, and we will tell Pro subscribers at least 14 days before a new price applies to them.
4. Refunds
Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
5. Your data and content
You own the files you open and the dashboards and reports you make. Sheet Studio processes files in your browser. You are responsible for having the right to use the data you load and for keeping copies of important files and project files.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to break the law using the Services; try to get around credit limits, payments or security; access other users' accounts or data; copy, resell or reverse-engineer the Services except where the law allows; overload or disrupt our systems; or create accounts automatically or in bulk to collect free credits.
7. Our property
The Services, including the software, design, and the Astryven name and logo, belong to Astryven. We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use the Services under these Terms.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Services available and improving, but we may change, suspend or stop features. If we stop Sheet Studio entirely, we will refund unused purchased credits and the unused part of any prepaid Pro period.
9. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". Calculations, forecasts and analyses are tools to help you, not professional financial, legal or other advice; please check important results. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Astryven is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim about the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms. Sections that should survive by their nature (such as 7, 9, 10 and 12) continue after your account ends.
12. Law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before starting a formal dispute, please contact us so we can try to resolve it. Nothing here removes rights you have under consumer law where you live.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will change the date above and, for material changes, tell account holders before they take effect.
