Terms of Service

The agreement between you and Astryven, Inc. when you use our website and products.

Effective November 3, 2026

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of astryven.tech, Sheet Studio, AI Studio, RSAI and related services (the "Services") provided by Astryven, Inc., a United States corporation ("Astryven", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you use the Services for an organisation, you agree on its behalf. If your organisation has signed a separate written agreement with Astryven (for example for Astryven Enterprise), that agreement applies where it differs from these Terms.

2. Your account

Give accurate information and a real email address that you can receive codes at. An account is for one person and can be signed in on one device at a time. Keep your password and recovery code private, and tell us if you think your account has been misused. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract where you live.

3. Credits, plans and payments

  • Free credits: new accounts receive 2 free credits, once per person and device, usable for exports or RSAI. Free credits have no cash value.
  • Credit packs: one-time purchases (20 credits for $12.99, 50 for $27.99, 100 for $52.99). Exporting a report or data file uses 1 credit. RSAI tasks use the credits shown on our Pricing page. Credits do not expire while your account is open.
  • Pro: $19 per month or $153 per year for Sheet Studio, RSAI Code and unlimited exports, plus 20 RSAI credits added to your balance each month while Pro is active. Pro renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in your account; Pro then stays active until the end of the period already paid for.
  • Free trials: Sheet Studio and RSAI Live each have one free trial of 3 days per account, with the time left shown in the product. No payment card is needed for a trial and nothing is charged when it ends. When a trial ends, the product stops working until you choose its plan. We may refuse or end a trial that is used through duplicate accounts.
  • Sheet Studio: a 3-day free trial starts the first time you open Sheet Studio. After it, Sheet Studio needs the Sheet Studio plan ($8.99 per month or $22.99 per year), the Sheet Studio + RSAI plan ($10.99 per month or $90 per year, which adds 150 RSAI messages each month while it is paid, for use in the RSAI panel inside Sheet Studio only, not in AI Studio; unused messages carry over while the plan is active) or Pro, which includes it. The plan renews automatically until you cancel; access continues to the end of the period already paid for. Exports, and RSAI beyond the messages a plan includes, use credits as shown on our Pricing page.
  • RSAI Live (beta): a 3-day free trial starts when you accept the RSAI Live beta terms (section 7). After it, RSAI Live, with all its sections, works only with the RSAI Live plan ($28 per month), which includes 300 RSAI messages each month for use inside RSAI Live only (the allowance resets each month and unused messages do not carry over). The plan renews automatically every month until you cancel; access continues to the end of the month already paid for. Market prices come from public sources and may be delayed; the chances and forecast ranges RSAI Live shows are statistics of past price moves, not predictions, and nothing in RSAI Live is investment advice. Health readings are for wellness and information, and RSAI Live is not a medical device.
  • RSAI Code: building games, apps and documents with RSAI is included in Pro. Use resets every 5 hours and every week; at a limit you can wait for the reset or keep building with credits (1 credit per build). Anyone who bought the earlier RSAI Code plan ($20 per month) keeps it until they cancel; it renews automatically every month and access continues to the end of the month already paid for.
  • Donations: optional payments of any amount from $5 to $1,000 (cents included) to support Astryven. As a thank you, when the payment succeeds you get a single-use coupon worth 1 credit for every $1 given, to the cent (for example, $5.98 gives a coupon worth 5.98 credits). You can redeem it yourself or give it to someone. If a donation is refunded, its coupon is cancelled, or, if it was already used, its credits are taken back. Donations are not tax-deductible. (Earlier fixed donations came with a 5-credit coupon; those coupons stay valid.)
  • SAP documents (Astryven Vault): digital documents (such as UAT test scripts, AS-IS and TO-BE process documents and user manuals) sold one at a time at the price shown. A document you buy is added to your account for your own use and for internal use on your own projects. You read it online in your account (My Vault) after entering your personal access code, which we show on screen right after the payment and email to you, and each page shows your email address. Documents are read online only; they are not provided as downloadable files. You may not resell, publish or share the document or your access code. The documents are templates written by Astryven to adapt to your project; they are not official SAP material, and we do not promise that they fit your system without changes.
  • Coupons: coupon codes add credits to the account that redeems them. Each coupon has a set number of uses, can be used once per account, has no cash value and cannot be resold.
  • Prices are in US dollars and exclude taxes unless stated. Payments are processed by Stripe, whose terms also apply.
  • Automatic renewal: before you pay for a plan you confirm that it renews automatically until you cancel; the payment page shows the price and how to cancel, and we keep a record of that confirmation. Yearly plans get a reminder email before they renew. You can cancel online at any time, the same way you signed up.
  • We may change prices for new purchases. A price change does not affect a period you have already paid for. If the price of a plan you have changes, we will email you before the new price applies to you, and you can cancel before it does.

4. Refunds

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Current prices apply to new purchases. Existing subscription commitments and purchased balances are preserved. Free RSAI messages may pause on very busy days. Spoken (voice) answers cost 0.3 credits each and are confirmed before you start talking.

5. Your data and content

You own the files you open and the dashboards and reports you make. Sheet Studio processes files in your browser. You are responsible for having the right to use the data you load and for keeping copies of important files and project files.

6. RSAI (AI features)

  • AI can be wrong. RSAI's answers, dashboards and report text are produced automatically and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Check anything important before you rely on it. RSAI does not give professional financial, legal, tax or medical advice.
  • What RSAI receives. When you use RSAI you choose what to send: your message or voice, and anything you attach (a spreadsheet summary, a document's text or a photo), shown to you first. Only attach files and photos you have the right to use, and do not attach other people's personal information without their permission. See our Privacy Policy.
  • Free messages and credits. Each new account with a verified email gets 10 free RSAI messages once (a High thinking, or Think deeper, message counts as 2, a Max message as 3 and a Deep research message as 4); on very busy days free messages may pause until the next day. Further messages and RSAI tasks use credits as shown on our Pricing page. Paid chat messages (40 for 4 credits) do not expire: the ones you do not use are kept for later days. An RSAI Lens scan counts as 2 messages (a look in Lens Live mode counts as 1) and reading its answer aloud costs double the voice price, as shown on our Pricing page. If an RSAI task fails and produces nothing, its credits are returned automatically.
  • Usage limits. To keep RSAI available and fair for everyone, RSAI has an hourly and a weekly usage limit, shared by AI Studio, the RSAI Agent, RSAI Live and RSAI in Sheet Studio. You can see your usage and when each limit resets in the product. The limits are set by us, can differ by plan and may change over time. Reaching a limit does not use or lose credits. We may also pause free messages for a while when demand is high.
  • Your results. You may use what RSAI produces for you. Similar questions can produce similar answers for other users.
  • RSAI memory. RSAI remembers lasting things you tell it so it can help you in later chats. You control this in AI Studio → Memory.
  • How RSAI learns. RSAI learns from conversations to improve for everyone: general knowledge and good answers from chats, and answers you rate, are used without your name or personal details to teach and train RSAI and Astryven's AI models, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can switch this off at any time in My account > Security.
  • Do not use RSAI to create unlawful or harmful content, to try to get around its safeguards, or to extract its instructions.
  • Security review. Use RSAI's security review only for code, configuration, systems and logs you own or are allowed to review. It is a help for defence, not a guarantee: a review that finds nothing does not prove that something is secure. RSAI does not help attack systems.
  • Dashboards and charts. Dashboards and charts in an answer are worked out from the data you gave and the figures RSAI computed; check important figures before you rely on them.
  • RSAI Video was retired in November 2026 and is no longer offered.

7. Beta features: RSAI Live and the RSAI Agent

RSAI Live and the RSAI Agent are early-stage beta programs. Before RSAI Live starts, you are asked to accept its beta terms, which are this section; we keep a record of when you accepted.

  • It is a beta. Beta features can have errors. Readings, prices, charts, chances, forecasts and RSAI's answers can be late, incomplete or wrong. Features may change, pause or stop while they develop, and data kept by a beta feature (such as readings on a board, kept for 7 days) may be removed.
  • Information only. RSAI Live is not medical, financial, investment, legal or other professional advice, and it never tells you to buy or sell anything. Chances and forecast ranges are statistics of past price moves, not predictions or promises. Market prices come from public sources and may be delayed. Health and fitness readings are for wellness and information; RSAI Live is not a medical device and is not for emergencies. Do not make decisions about your health, money or safety based only on RSAI Live.
  • What you connect. You are responsible for the devices, links and systems you connect, and for having the right to use their data. Keep board keys private; anyone with a key can send readings to that board.
  • Trial and plan. Accepting the beta terms starts your 3-day free trial (once per account). After it, RSAI Live works only with the RSAI Live plan (section 3).
  • The RSAI Agent. The RSAI Agent acts only with your permission, can make mistakes and may open apps, websites or drafts that you then check. Review what it prepares before you send or rely on anything.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to break the law using the Services; try to get around credit limits, payments or security; access other users' accounts or data; copy, resell or reverse-engineer the Services except where the law allows; overload or disrupt our systems; or create accounts automatically or in bulk to collect free credits.

9. Our property

The Services, including the software, design, and the Astryven name and logo, belong to Astryven. We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use the Services under these Terms.

10. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Services available and improving, but we may change, suspend or stop features, including beta features. If we stop a paid plan entirely, we will post a notice on our website before it stops and refund the unused part of any prepaid period for that plan.

11. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". Calculations, forecasts, analyses and RSAI output are tools to help you, not professional financial, legal or other advice; please check important results. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Astryven is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim about the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

13. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms. Sections that should survive by their nature (such as 9, 11, 12 and 14) continue after your account ends.

14. Law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Astryven, Inc. is incorporated and the federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before starting a formal dispute, please contact us so we can try to resolve it. Nothing here removes rights you have under consumer law where you live.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time, for example when we add or change products, plans, prices or features, when the law changes, or as Astryven's business needs change. The date at the top shows the current version. For material changes we will post a notice on our website before they take effect, and email account holders when a change affects a paid plan they have. If you keep using the Services after a change takes effect, the updated Terms apply to you; if you do not agree, you can stop using the Services and cancel any plan.
